Here Are a Few of the Highlights!   From September 28 through November 6, you're invited to join other Christians from numerous faith traditions for 40 Days for Life – 40 days of prayer and fasting for an end to abortion. You're also invited to stand and peacefully pray during a 40-day vigil in the public right-of-way outside Planned Parenthood, 3100 Professional Dr in Ann Arbor and also to help spread the word about this important community outreach. We are excited to announce that our keynote speaker for our 40 DFL Ann Arbor Jericho March and Kickoff Rally, on Sunday, Sept. 25th starting at 2:00 pm outside of the Planned Parenthood at 3100 Professional Drive in Ann Arbor, will be Erin Elizabeth Mersino. Erin is a Pro-Life attorney who works for the Great Lakes Justice Center as Senior Legal Counsel to defend the sanctity of life and religious freedom. Prior to devoting her life to protecting these freedoms, Erin worked as an assistant prosecutor in Oakland County. Erin holds a Juris Doctorate from the Ave Maria School of Law and graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Erin has appeared on national television programs, including Fox and Friends, On the Record with Greta VanSusteren, and a Kelly File Special: Who is teaching our kids? Erin's writing has been published in USA Today, Politico Magazine, National Right to Life News, American Thinker, Live Action News and Life News.   On Sunday, Oct. 2nd plan to attend, the Annual Life Chain at the Intersection of Washtenaw and Huron Parkway in Ann Arbor from 2 - 3:30 pm. Life Chain is a Nationwide, Peaceful, Prayerful, Family Friendly Pro-Life Event giving witness to the Sanctity of LIFE.   On Saturday, October 8th, at 11:00 am please join us for the UNITED 40 DFL 50 States in 40 Days Michigan Statewide Rally at Planned Parenthood in Ann Arbor. Below your Ann Arbor campaign director, Sandie Weathers and Southfield campaign director, Barb Yagley are excited to show you where the bus will be stopping in Michigan.   Also, SAVE THE DATE: Saturday, Oct. 15th for Eucharistic Adoration with Praise and Worship, begging for God's Divine Mercy, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church at 2250 E. Stadium at 10:00 am immediately followed by a 1.3 mile procession to Planned Parenthood, in Ann Arbor, with recitation of the rosary and singing.
