We are Students for Life at EMU, one of the most active pro-life groups in Michigan, and one of the most active student organizations at EMU.

We'd like to attend the largest PRO-LIFE event in our country; THE MARCH FOR LIFE 2016.

... but for most of us, the $180 is cost prohibitive for us to attend. The March for Life is an incredibly effective way to engage college students, and is known to change lives and inspire students to do full time pro-life work.

Please consider supporting passionate pro-life college students who are up against a very tough campus. Our professors, our administration, our fellow classmates are generally in opposition to our strongly held pro-life beliefs. But we will not back down. Help us stand strong for LIFE. We want to go- we want to be inspired. And YOU can help make that happen!

40 DFL Ann Arbor - IMPORTANT UPDATES - Closing Celebration – Lap 7 of Interfaith Jericho March & Pizza Party - Sun., Nov. 1st 2 pm!

IMPORTANT UPDATES for the 40 DFL Ann Arbor Completion of Interfaith Jericho March and Pizza Party - Closing Celebration! Please note that new updated information is in red. Invite Your Friends – Bring Your Family!   Please join your neighbors on Sunday, Nov. 1st for the 40 Days For Life Ann Arbor, Completion of Our Interfaith Jericho March and Closing Celebration, which will begin at 2:00 pm, outside the Planned Parenthood abortion facility, 3100 Professional Drive in Ann Arbor. This will complete our seventh and final day, with our seventh and final one mile lap around the triangular block that surrounds Planned Parenthood, as we sing, pray and play instruments. So bring musical instruments: your trumpets, tambourines, drums, djembe, shakers, noise makers, maracas, squeezebox, slide whistle, cymbals, clapper, rhythm sticks, triangle, bells, recorder, sand blocks, rattles, aluminum pie plate and wooden spoon etc and make a joyful noise unto the Lord. Signs will be available. We will finish off our Closing Celebration with a Pizza Party immediately following the Jericho March or approximately 3:00 pm. We will head over to 3800 Packard to the Word of God office from 3:00 to 3:45 or so, for a Pizza Party. (Directions: from Professional Drive turn right (south) onto Huron Parkway. At the 2nd light, turn left onto Packard. Watch for the 40 DFL yard signs in front of the Word of God office. Total distance 1.7 miles.) If you plan to join us for the pizza party, please reply to this email, with the number of persons attending, as this would be helpful for planning, but is not mandatory.   As the seventh day of a Jericho March includes seven laps, beginning at 8:00 am, participants will depart from PP for lap one; at 9:00 am participants will depart from PP for lap two and so on; at 10:00 am for lap three; 11:00 am for lap four; 12:00 noon for lap five and 1:00 pm for lap six. Our seventh and final lap will begin our Closing Celebration at 2:00 pm. Day one of our Jericho March began with our Jericho March and Kickoff Rally on Sunday, Sep. 20th, with nearly 100 participants. We don’t expect the physical walls of the building to crumble, but we do expect the spiritual walls to begin to crumble, so that Planned Parenthood’s chambers will no longer be used to destroy children, so that workers and mothers and fathers and children and families and communities and our nation can be freed from their deadly influence.
