Kristy Pagan's campaign to restore reproductive health care access and Ashia George of Detroit's Scotsdale Women's Center with how this campaign will improve care at her clinic. On Saturday, another pro-abortion break-out session: Sharing Our Abortion Stories for the Revolution We Testify, a program of the National Network of Abortion Funds, is dedicated to increasing the spectrum of abortion storytellers in the public sphere and shifting the way the media understands the context and complexity of accessing abortion care. Three storytellers from We Testify will share their experiences with abortion, demonstrating the importance of building the power and leadership of abortion storytellers, particularly those of color, those from rural and conservative communities, those who are queer identified, those with varying abilities and citizenship statuses, and those who needed support when navigating barriers while accessing abortion care.   By the way: The Protest of Planned Parenthood's Day of Action on Tuesday Oct. 17th went very well!!  Indeed it was a great picket.  Over 30 picketers were very visible right in front of the Michigan State Capitol in Lansing. Every Planned Parenthood participant had to march right past us on the way to their rally-- and the sidewalk they traversed on their march was chalked for three blocks with anti-PP messages--  I.e. "Defund PP Now!"   The media was there and interviewed us. Thanks to all who came out to promote the pro-life message!!   Here are a few of the group assembled at the Capitol Finally--  The four of us who participated in the first Red Rose Rescue at the Northland Family Planning abortion center in Sterling Hts, MI have our first preliminary court appearance on Thursday.  We are ably represented by Robert Muise of the American Freedom Law Center. New Minivan - BELLA MARIE - has arrived!

View this email in your browser Announcing the Arrival of our New Minivan – Bella Marie! Warning: This email may be a bit corny, but I couldn't help myself! I am so excited to introduce you to Bella Marie! On December 30th I received a phone call from a very excited volunteer who told me  that she and her husband wanted to make a donation to PLAN (Pro-life Action Network Inc), giving birth to our dream to wrap a pro-life vehicle in life affirming messages thus expanding our outreach to abortion vulnerable moms and dads. Well, our dream baby has arrived, just nine months and a few days after her conception. She was indeed a labor of love, especially by one volunteer, who poured his heart into her development. Given the honor to name our dream baby, our anonymous donor has chosen the name Bella Marie!  She will be parked down the street from Planned Parenthood at 3100 Professional Drive in Ann Arbor, giving a message of hope. Pray with us that Bella Marie will bear much fruit and live a long life, changing minds and touching hearts! Thank you ALL for your loving prayers and financial support of our recent Plan2pray Fund Raiser, which helped bring our Dream Baby to LIFE and helped us set up our plan2pray.org website, update our signs, purchase gift bags and so much more! We also would like to take the opportunity to thank Paul Dobrowolski, for making his "pro-life car" accessible by parking it outside of Planned Parenthood for the last several years. We have heard stories of how the messages on his car helped to change minds and touch hearts! Paul is the former 40 DFL A2 campaign director, who now serves as the Ann Arbor director of Sidewalk Advocates For Life along with his wife Kathy.
