Updated News on Ann Arbor Stand Up For Religious Freedom Rally

Pre-Rally Mass and Pre-Rally March to the Rally
On Friday, March 23rd, Holy Mass will be celebrated at St Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, 530 Elizabeth St, Ann Arbor at 10:15 am. Immediately following mass (between 11:00 and 11:15), those gathered will be marching to the Federal Building, 200 E. Liberty Street for the Stand Up For Religious Freedom Rally which begins at 12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m. Signs and balloons will be available! Everyone is welcome! Parking lot is ½ block west of the church!

On Friday, March 23rd plan to attend the Ann Arbor Stand Up For Religious Freedom - Stop the HHS Mandate Rally at the Federal Building, 200 E. Liberty Street in Ann Arbor from 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm. Join thousands of your fellow Americans, of all faiths, who will be participating in these peaceful rallies, at over 105 locations around the nation to stand up for religious freedom and conscience protection! Among the speakers will be Nick Thomm, producer of WDEO's Kresta in the Afternoon. Sr. Joseph Andrew and Sr. Martin Therese of the Dominican Sisters of Mary, Mother of the Eucharist. The Detroit Stand Up For Religious Freedom - Stop the HHS Mandate Rally will be held at McNamara Federal Building, 477 Michigan Ave in Detroit at 12:00 noon until 1:00 pm on Friday, March 23rd. Among the presenters will be Bishop Michael Byrnes, Archdiocese of Detroit, Fr. Bill Ashbaugh from St Thomas in Ann Arbor and Al Kresta, Kresta in the Afternoon on WDEO Radio.
