Press Statement--On Abortionist Gosnell Guilty Verdict--Monica Migliorino Miller

Gosnell Guilty of 3 First Degree Murders

Abortionist Kermit Gosnell has been found guilty today May 13, 2013 of
the first degree murder of three babies born-alive in late term
abortion procedures. The babies had their spinal columns snipped with
scissors---effectively causing them to be decapitated.

Here is the Press Statement from Monica Migliorino Miller--Director of
Citizens for a Pro-Life Society     www.prolifesociety.com

"Justice at least has been done for these three innocent, helpless and
unwanted unborn children--and in this there is some comfort. However,
the verdict is still bitter-sweet when one considers that Gosnell--and
indeed every abortionist is guilty of the unjust killing of the unborn
in every abortion ever committed. Gosnell is found guilty simply
because, according to the law, he killed these babies the wrong way.
If he had ended their lives while they were still within their
mothers' wombs--legal authorites would have sanctioned and protected
those killings.

Gosnell is not just guilty of the murder of these three babies--but
guilty of every child put to death in his house of horrors clinic.
And no matter how sanitary an abortion clinic may be-- it is always a
house of horrors for any unborn child scheduled to die in such places.
I hope that this verdict will help America come to know that there is
no moral difference between Gosnell's infanticidal acts--post-womb
killings and legalized abortion itself."

Questions? Contact Iris Proctor, Executive Director, ArborVitae Women’s Center at director@annarborvitae.com or 734.994.8863.

Because ArborVitae believes in the sanctity of life, ArborVitae is eager to shine a light on this epidemic that is claiming so many of our children. Why? Because 1 of every 4 girls and 1 of every 6 boys you know will be sexually abused before they turn 18. Research shows that people who are sexually violated as children are far more likely to experience psychological problems often lasting into adulthood, including Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome, depression, suicide, substance abuse, teen pregnancy, school dropout and relationship problems. D2L understands that learning the facts about childhood sexual abuse helps prevent it.  If childhood sexual abuse can be prevented, it can be stopped.

Blessings,

Your words are needed to expose the ugly reality of abortion!

Attention Pro-Life Friends!

Michigan Right to Life is seeking your help exposing the truth about Abortionist Kermit Gosnell and I have compiles some additional information/resources related to abortionist Kermit Gosnell that I wanted to share with you. Please spread the word to ALL of your family and friends!

Kermit Gosnell is facing numerous charges, including murder, for his treatment of women and babies at the Women's Medical Society abortion business located at 3801 Lancaster Avenue in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. If you have not heard of Gosnell, don't be surprised. Most of the main stream media is ignoring the story. But you can help change that! Please read on!

The following is a VERY IMPORTANT message from: Right to Life of Michigan

Your words are needed to expose the ugly reality of abortion!

Prolife people have an opportunity to expose the ugly reality of legal abortion. The mainstream media is not covering the murder trial of abortionist Kermit Gosnell.

The media adage "if it bleeds, it leads" has at least one glaring exception. If children who survive abortions are the ones who are bleeding, the story won't lead.

Not only has it not led, the story of Kermit Gosnell on trial has been largely ignored by national networks.

Your help is needed.

Below are sample posts or letters to get you started. Spread the message of the murder trial of abortionist Kermit Gosnell through blogs, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, responding to online articles and by submitting letters to the editor of local newspapers.

Imagine a murder trial where witnesses testified about hundreds of murdered infants, poor female patients being mistreated, untrained staff, and a callous doctor. It has all the ingredients of a story which would make headlines around the world, right? You don't have to imagine. The murder trial of abortionist Kermit Gosnell is currently underway and has yet to make a blip in the nightly newscasts and morning shows. The reason for this is the infants Gosnell killed survived abortion attempts and large portions of the media have no desire to share the underbelly of the abortion industry with the public.

We were told making abortion legal would make it safe. We were told making abortion legal would eliminate back-alley abortions. A murder trial underway in Philadelphia is daily proving these to be false statements. According to his employees, abortionist Kermit Gosnell used surgical scissors to cut the spinal cords of hundreds of children who survived abortion attempts at his rundown, filthy clinic. Prosecutors, who lack physical evidence to charge him with more killings, have charged Gosnell with 8 murders. Seven victims were infants who were born alive following abortion procedures. The eighth victim was a woman named Karnamaya Mongar who died while having an abortion due to a deadly dose of anesthesia. When someone says "Safe, legal and rare," remember Karnamaya Mongar and the infants killed by Kermit Gosnell.

People across West Michigan were stunned when Mlive.com published photos of the unsanitary interior of a closed abortion clinic in Muskegon a few months ago. We couldn't imagine that such a place could exist and that women would step foot in such a place. However, other examples of abortionists flouting the law are common place. For example, take the testimony of abortion clinic workers who have been testifying over the last few weeks in the murder trial of Pennsylvania abortionist Kermit Gosnell. Their description of the actions of Gosnell and climate in the clinic have included one staffer sharing how she freaked out when she heard the screaming of one child who survived an abortion, another noting how he saw one baby take a breath, and another relaying Gosnell's explanation for why he kept the severed feet of some of his victims in dozens of jars. I'm grateful for our state legislature which passed a law last session to make sure abortion clinics are regulated and inspected.

When 26 people, including 20 children, were killed in the massacre at Sandy Hook elementary school our nation rightly took notice. The media persistently covered the story and provided the public with stories of survivors and information about the victims. Currently, a newsworthy murder trial in Philadelphia is underway which the national media have failed to cover. While he is only charged with 8 murders (7 infants and one adult), witnesses have testified that Kermit Gosnell killed hundreds of infants over a period of decades. Why have you never heard of the nation's most prolific serial killer? He was an abortionist. Gosnell specialized in late-term abortions and often the children he would try to kill in the womb would survive. He solved the problem of infants being born alive by routinely severing their spinal cords with surgical scissors. Our nation should take note of all tragedies where human life is devalued.

Shhh

If you listen carefully to those who support abortion-on-demand, you will hear them say, "Shhhh! Just look the other way." It was German theologian Dietrich Bonhoeffer who said, "Not to speak is to speak. Not to act is to act."

What follows is a brutally honest discussion of where silence has led us as a nation. Please take a deep breath and brace yourself!
