40DFL Ann Arbor & #ProtestPP Hold Jericho March
Sunday, October 16th from 2 pm to 3 pm!
Beginning and Ending Outside of Planned Parenthood
3100 Professional Dr in Ann Arbor!

To Bring Awareness:
Planned Parenthood Celebrates 100 Years!

As Planned Parenthood Turns 100, 40 Days For Life Ann Arbor and #ProtestPP Combine Efforts In Prayer With A Jericho March - An Interfaith Expression of Spiritual Warfare in Ann Arbor, Sunday, October 16th from 2 pm until 3 pm! Please Join Us. Appropriate For the Entire Family!

Please join your neighbors from Washtenaw County and beyond, on Sunday. October 16 from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm, at a Jericho March an Interfaith Expression of Spiritual Warfare, as we bring awareness to the 100th Anniversary of Planned Parenthood, founded by Margaret Sanger. In October 1916, Margaret Sanger opened her first birth control clinic, later expanded into the American Birth Control League which was renamed Planned Parenthood in 1942. They performed their first abortion in 1970 and have since become the nation's largest abortion chain and foremost advocate of abortion on demand.

#ProtestPP will be joining the efforts of 40 Days For Life Ann Arbor in completing lap four of our Seven Sunday Jericho March around the one mile triangular block that surrounds Planned Parenthood at 3100 Professional Drive in Ann Arbor, with prayer and singing. Pastor Mike Frison from Knox Presbyterian Church will lead us in prayer. The 40 DFL Seven Sunday Jericho March began with lap 1 on Sunday, Sept. 25 and will conclude on Sunday, Nov. 6th with the Jericho March & Closing Celebration beginning at 2:00 pm outside of Planned Parenthood. The Jericho Marches begin at 2:00 pm each Sunday. Please note that there will be seven laps marched all total on the 7th Sunday with lap one beginning at 8:00 am, lap 2 at 9:00 am and so on until the 7th and final lap beginning at 2:00 pm. We will have plenty of Family Friendly signs to distribute. This event is appropriate for the entire family.

Please, no graphic pictures of abortion victims, as this is being organized as a family friendly event. If you have a graphic picture of an abortion victim that you would like to display, may we suggest, that you do so outside the Planned Parenthood Referral Center, at 2370 W. Stadium Blvd. in Ann Arbor.

We don't expect the physical walls of the Ann Arbor Planned Parenthood to crumble, but we do expect the spiritual walls to crumble, so that Planned Parenthood's chambers will no longer be used to destroy children, so that workers and mothers and fathers and children and families and communities and our nation can be freed from their deadly influence.

Please note that businesses on Professional Drive are not opened on Sunday, so there will be plenty of parking available on Professional Dr.

Hope to see you there! Bring the family! Invite your friends!

HERE ARE JUST TWO OF MANY WAYS
THAT YOU CAN LEARN MORE AND GET INVOLVED!

From Students For Life of America:

Use social medial: This Friday, Saturday and Sunday using the hashtag #100YearsOfAbuse to share the truth about Planned Parenthood's abuses. To find graphics like these go to:  http://100yearsofabuse.tumblr.com/.

40 Days For Life Writes:

Elimination of the unfit.
That's just one of the ideas that motivated Margaret Sanger when she launched the organization that would become Planned Parenthood Federation of America.
Margaret had her issues, and she didn't keep any of them a secret. From her outward hatred of children, to her admiration for the Nazis, to her loathing of Christianity and her praise for the KKK, she had a lot going on.
Every year, Planned Parenthood honors someone with an award named for their racist and elitist founder. This week, they will shamefully celebrate her life as they approach their 100th anniversary.

This is the week you need to learn where Planned Parenthood came from -- and the mentality that led to 300,000 abortions every single year ... with funding of more than $500 million in your tax dollars.
You can find out more about Margaret Sanger and Planned Parenthood's history on the newest episode of the 40 Days for Life podcast.

But there's good news! Their cold and elitist attitude toward human life can be overcome by the joy, beauty and love of Christ.
